Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. He also serves as the pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne's passion is equipping the next generation of Biblical Counselors. He is on the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
